INGREDIENTS:
maltodextrin, beta-alanine, dextrose, l-arginine, acid (citric acid), l-citrulline-dl-malate 2:1, l-arginine akg 2:1, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, tricalcium phosphate), anhydrous caffeine, fructose, fermented bcaa 2:1:1 (l-leucine, l-valine, l-isoleucine), l-arginine aspartate, flavourings, colour (paprika extract for orange flavour), creatine monohydrate, dicreatine malate, creatine ethyl ester malate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium), niacin (nicotinamide, vitamin b3), colourings (carmine for raspberry, blueberry and peach flavours; riboflavin for lemon and peach flavours).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Take approximately 2 teaspoons (10g) mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before your workout.
