What is ashwagandha?

What is vitamin B5?
Vitamin B5, also known as pantothenic acid, has several important functions in the body. The vitamin is essential for fats and carbohydrates to be converted into energy. Pantothenic acid helps maintain normal mental performance and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also promotes the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters. Pantothenic acid is a water-soluble vitamin found in all cells of the body. There are no known side effects, and because it is water-soluble, excess is automatically eliminated from the body.
