

Prebiotics – a breeding ground for healthy gut bacteria
Prebiotics are designed to feed good bacteria and ensure their efficient reproduction. This is due to their main ingredient, resistant starch.
Add two large scoops (approximately 5 grams) to about 200 milliliters of water and take in the morning, half an hour before your first meal.
Note: not hot water, but lukewarm water at body temperature.
